Yes. We specialize in sight, sound and many power related products along with a vast capability of value added work, custom subassemblies, and full completed contract assembly. Visit our Product Catalog and Product selector pages to see our vast selection. We also specialize in medium to high volume contract manufacturing and turnkey assembly in China. Except for transistors, we don't handle active components such as integrated circuits or microprocessors, or bare circuit boards.
There are more than 4000 that we have researched, and certainly even more than that. We are continually being approached by new manufacturers who want us to handle their products, so that number is increasing almost daily.
Over our tenure we have visited and inspected more than 400. We have over 80 that we have approved, and are doing business with.
That means that we personally visited their plants, monitored their QC/QA procedures, independently check the quality of their parts and their record-keeping systems, and generally just turn the places upside down looking for possible problems. Frankly, the majority of the companies we inspect just never make the cut. They are not capable of consistently producing the very high level of quality our customers require. So we don't do business with them. As you can see, only about 2% of the 4000 are good enough for our customers, and only a quarter of those get much business from us. They are the best of the best in the world.
Their manufacturing plants are mostly located in the Far East, notably Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The companies themselves are headquartered all over the world.
Our goal is to be your lowest total cost solution! Someone will always sell you something cheaper. You really do get what you pay for in this world, and electronic parts are no different. Our goal is to provide products that have the lowest overall long-term cost, not necessarily always the cheapest up-front price. What's the difference? Quality. As we've mentioned elsewhere on this site, the price you pay now is only the start of your final costs. If poor part quality causes increased product failure and drives your warranty and customer service costs up, you've actually spent more on the part, not less. Much of our business is repeat business. That only comes from being a consistent, competitive, quality supplier!
Most products have a standard 4 to 8 week lead time out of the factory. Add 3 to 4 weeks if you want it by boat, or a week by air. For contract assembly, add a couple weeks to the standard time for manufacturing and testing.
Depending on the item, we are able to ship in as little as 1 week if the manufacturer has raw materials and production space.
Typical sample quantities are 5 to 10 pieces, with pilot run and prototype quantities available on request. These are generally available from stock to 2 to 3 weeks.
We did, but the technology is changing so fast we now use our website and keep it updated regularly. You can quickly download most specs, drawings and details on virtually all of our products by visiting the Products section of our web site. For any custom parts, we'll work with your spec.

The manufacturers we deal with are the best in the world at what they do, and they have been hand-picked after considerable scrutiny, so quality is very seldom an issue. But if you find that any part does not meet the agreed-upon specifications within 30 days after receipt, we'll be happy to either replace the parts or credit your account.
Virtually all of our products that require agency approvals have them. The vast majority of our manufacturers are ISO-certified and also have QS (automotive) approvals as well. If you have a question about the approvals on a specific type of product or part, let us know and we'll get the answer back to you quickly.
All of our products come with the original markings and logos. No products are ever private labeled. We sell the manufacturer's brand name only, so the product you approve is identical to the one you receive in production.
This varies by product, but typical minimums are 5000 pieces per shipment. For items with higher dollar value, exceptions are sometimes made, depending on the item and manufacturer. If the parts are small we like to make the minimum order over $500 if possible too.
